Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop future-proof products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic priorities
- Mentor innovation teams in design thinking and future-focused methodologies
- Oversee R&D initiatives with 5+ year vision horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
