Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for adoption and integration of next-gen innovations
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing successful 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
