- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into market-ready products
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across all business units
- Monitor geopolitical and technological disruptions with real-time impact analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams across 3+ continents
- MBA or equivalent technical degree from top-tier institution
