Responsibilities
- Process and distribute weekly payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Calculate and garnish wages, deductions, and bonuses according to federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare tax filings quarterly
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Kentucky labor laws
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processing
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll system management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with weekly pay cycles
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or comparable payroll software
- Strong knowledge of KY payroll tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive financial data with confidentiality
