Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly with 100% accuracy and weekly pay distribution
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across CA, AZ, and NV
- Resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA and maintain audit-ready records
- Onboard new hires with payroll system setup and benefits enrollment
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and compliance updates
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance (CA, AZ, NV)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- Experience with garnishment processing and wage attachments
- Strong communication skills for employee inquiries
