Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now platform
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, TX state laws)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/yearly tax filings (941, 940, TWC)
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and external auditors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR/SPHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven experience with garnishment processing and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
