Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts
- Manage tax documentation and assist with quarterly filings
- Process vendor invoices and expense reports with strict deadlines
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for daily transaction recording
- Collaborate with CPAs during annual audits
- Implement financial controls to prevent fraud errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Pro
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/VLOOKUPs
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-volume environment
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
