Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and weekend transaction reports
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on weekend financial audits and compliance
- Process payroll and tax filings for weekend staff
- Implement weekend-specific financial controls and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
