Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during weekend shifts
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance for weekend operations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
