- Reconcile weekend transaction batches and prepare daily financial summaries
- Process payroll for weekend staff and manage related tax documentation
- Conduct month-end closing procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support audit preparations by organizing weekend transaction records
- Collaborate with weekday finance team during handover meetings
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-location financial systems
