Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts with weekend-specific transaction cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and compliance reports
- Process payroll and vendor payments during weekend operational windows
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance for weekend workflows
- Collaborate with weekday teams using cloud-based accounting platforms
- Optimize weekend accounting procedures for efficiency and accuracy
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with multi-state accounting systems
