Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decisions
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation in accounting software systems
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
