Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and weekend transaction reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and weekend payroll support
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and weekend-specific audit requirements
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams for seamless operations
- Provide weekend client support for urgent financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience, weekend shift preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a weekend environment
- Strong communication and time management abilities
