Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements
- Prepare payroll and tax documentation for weekend processing
- Maintain QuickBooks/Excel databases with real-time updates
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Support cross-departmental financial analysis projects
- Implement process improvements for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
