- Prepare weekend payroll processing and tax documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain digital financial records in QuickBooks and SAP
- Generate weekend financial reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with SEC and GAAP regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Proven ability to work independently in weekend shifts
