Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage payroll processing and tax submissions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Maintain digital filing systems with audit trails
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping experience with Xero/QuickBooks proficiency
- AAT Level 3/4 certification or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- UK GAAP compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
