Responsibilities
- Execute daily bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and time-off requests.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
