- Execute accurate month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and tax compliance documentation

- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
