Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile financial statements
- Prepare weekend financial reports and analyze budget variances
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance for weekend staff
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend compliance reviews
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Train weekend staff on financial protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Nevada CPA license or active pursuit required
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state financial compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
