Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures for assigned client portfolios during weekend shifts.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions within strict deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and trial balances.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and tax documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
