Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Maintain organized digital financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
