Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial reconciliations and account balancing
- Process weekend payroll transactions and ensure timeliness
- Prepare and distribute weekend financial reports to stakeholders
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Manage vendor payments and expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
