- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend-specific transaction processing
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for weekend workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial reporting deadlines
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for weekend data processing
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP)
