Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account analysis.
- Process and review payroll transactions and expense reports.
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits of financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
- Communicate financial discrepancies to the finance team promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (finance background preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
