In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records during our critical weekend processing window.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable invoices with a focus on weekend deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls and procedures.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours.
