Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records bi-weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports for executive review
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks and Excel financial databases
- Support audit preparations with weekend documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
