Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare weekend payroll processing for hourly staff
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain digital financial documentation systems
- Generate weekend financial reports for management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on weekends
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Knowledge of KY state tax regulations
