Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Prepare weekly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal financial regulations.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and digital archives.
- Collaborate with the management team on budget planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
