Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and general ledger entries for the week.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure timely payment.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Review and approve expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all weekend financial activities are documented and filed correctly.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
