Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable operations for weekend transactions
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across multiple financial systems
- Support tax preparation and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements using financial automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP financial modules
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- Experience with financial audits and compliance documentation
