Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analyses
- Process payroll and vendor payments on Saturdays/Sundays
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays) mandatory
- CPA certification preferred
