Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting processes including month-end closings and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend-specific transaction processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend engagement periods
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for real-time reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Texas CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
