Responsibilities
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Process and approve weekly payroll entries and tax filings.
- Prepare and review weekly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for weekend transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end close procedures.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
