Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and GAAP standards.
- Maintain and update financial records using industry-standard software.
- Provide support to the senior finance team on ad-hoc analysis projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is mandatory.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during weekend shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
