Responsibilities
- Manage monthly reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documentation
- Process payroll for weekend-shift employees and contractors
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation and audit documentation requests
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend or shift work
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Arizona tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site meetings
