Responsibilities
- Perform weekend-end financial reconciliations and account reviews
- Process payroll and expense reports with weekend deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during weekend operations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend financial processes
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless financial continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
