Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 24-hour turnaround
- Perform monthly reconciliations and financial reporting for weekend transactions
- Lead weekend payroll processing and tax compliance support
- Collaborate with weekday team via digital handoff protocols
- Conduct weekend internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Manage weekend vendor relationships and payment approvals
- Prepare weekend financial summaries for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Proven weekend shift or flexible scheduling experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Certification in QuickBooks Online or similar platforms
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
