Responsibilities
- Execute weekend-end accounting cycles including month-end closings and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Oversee weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Maintain internal controls and audit trail documentation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial initiatives
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA certification required
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience with weekend shift accounting operations preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
