Responsibilities
- Perform weekend-end month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process high-volume accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for weekend reporting cycles
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless financial continuity
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Update financial systems with weekend transaction data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM)
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance awareness
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
