Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions with precision and accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for portfolio clients
- Process payroll and expense reports within weekend processing windows
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend financial operations
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless financial workflows
- Provide responsive client support for urgent weekend accounting inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
