Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
