Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements across multiple entities
- Process payroll adjustments and expense reimbursements during weekend shifts
- Prepare financial statements and variance reports for Monday morning reviews
- Assist with weekend tax document preparation and compliance filings
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team to resolve weekend discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet tight weekend deadlines without supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination
