- Process and reconcile weekend financial transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and weekend payroll
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience, weekend shift preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Missouri state tax regulations
