Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and weekend closing reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for weekend operations cycles
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Experience with weekend or shift-based financial operations
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
