Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for weekend processing
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during weekend shifts
- Reconcile bank accounts and process weekend transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and weekend audits
- Support tax preparation and weekend compliance documentation
- Generate weekend financial reports for executive review
- Maintain accurate weekend transaction logs and backup documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
