- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile weekend banking activity and prepare weekly financial summaries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and weekend journal entries
- Manage weekend payroll processing for hourly staff
- Generate weekend financial reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance beneficial
