Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Communicate financial discrepancies to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
