Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing
- Perform month-end closing tasks and reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and weekend transaction summaries
- Assist with audit documentation and compliance checks
- Handle payroll processing for weekend staff
- Support general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-4PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- CPA certification preferred
