Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation for the upcoming week.
- Process high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Assist in the month-end close procedures and year-end audits.
- Review and audit financial data to ensure strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Generate detailed financial reports for management review during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
