Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable for weekend business cycles
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for client reviews
- Manage weekend tax compliance filings and documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend compliance checks
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- CA CPA license or actively pursuing certification
